BLESSINGS AND WELL WISHES FELLOW CLASSMATES!

The past 50+ days of teachable moments have enlightened, encouraged, and empowered my endeavors of EC professionalism and advocacy.  My deepest gratitude to all of those who added asphalt to the road of my journey--you have paved the way for me to travel!  Here are a few quotes from Educators who have impacted my life and hopefully will positively influence your pursuits as well.

"We have a powerful potential in our youth, and we must have the courage to change old ideas and practices so that we may direct their power toward good ends." Mary McLeod Bethune.

"Faith is the first factor in a life devoted to service. Without it, nothing is possible. With it, nothing is impossible."

"There is something in every one of you that waits and listens for the sound of the genuine in yourself. It is the only true guide you will ever have. And if you cannot hear it, you will all of your life spend your days on the ends of strings that somebody else pulls." Howard Thurman. 1. I would like to say thank you. I have recieved more support from my colleagues at Walden than my family/friends. The encouragement I felt has been so very needed especially when I felt as if I was over my head. Thank Thank Thank for all your support and encouragement

  2. I would like to take this time to say great work to everyone. You've really helped me grow as an educator and as a person. All your comments helped me to reflect on what I was providing to the children and families that I serve and what I wanted to do with my career. I am more passionate now about serving children and families than ever before and I plan to continue serving them to the best of my abilities! Thank you for all your input!
